As we entered this month, Samsung announced the June 2026 security patch for Galaxy smartphones, tablets, and wearables. Now, the brand has started rolling it out, and the first set of devices to get them are the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra.
At the moment, the company is rolling it out in its home country, South Korea. The update that brings it is 565.41MB in size and carries firmware version S94xNKSS3AZF1 (via Mohammed Khatri). It fixes 45 security issues present in the previous version of the OS.
As usual, the tech giant should release it in the remaining regions over the course of the next few weeks. To check its availability and get it, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
Speaking of updates for the Galaxy S26 series, last month, the brand opened the One UI 9.0 beta program for it. The new software brings more UI customisation options and a bunch of new features.
